Next Generation CLOBs – Rethinking Endgame DEX Design

CLOBs onchain represent the optimal DeX architecture for capital efficiency, discovering prices and scalability, consistently exceeding AMMs, Peer-Po-Pi-Bazena and RFQ systems in more mature trade environments. Historically, their adoption of Onchain is limited by limitations and costs, but these obstacles are now constantly overcome by progress in blockchain infrastructure. The current CLOB landscape is expanding quickly, and new teams explore different compromise profiles in the race to build the next alternative clob. With a huge addressable market that includes the amount of place in place and, eventually a centralized liquidity of exchange, the opportunity for onchain clobs has never been more convincing.
