Acxiom Names Tom Zawacki as Chief Growth Officer


Axiomfoundation for connected data and technology for the world’s leading brands and agencies, announced the appointment of Tom Zawacki as its new Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Reporting to Global CEO Jarrod Martin, Zawacki will drive Acxiom’s growth by opening new markets and revenue opportunities and providing effective client acquisition and retention solutions.

Zawacki, a recognized business transformation leader with more than three decades of experience in data, AI and global omnichannel marketing, joins Acxiom from Data Axle, where he served as president of enterprise solutions and chief marketing officer. During his tenure, he has achieved rapid and sustained ROI for clients across a variety of industries.

Earlier in his career as senior vice president of corporate strategy and commercial growth at Rocket Fuel, Zawacki pioneered the inaugural AI integration with IBM Watson and established multi-million dollar partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. He also led brand positioning, go-to-market and growth initiatives for XPlusOne, served on the executive team at Modem Media, the industry’s first digital advertising firm, and founded social commerce company Lemonade Inc.
