Coreweave (Coll) agreed to get Bitcoin Miner Core Scientific (CORZ) in All-Stock Deal Worth $ 20.40 per share, which means ~ 16x FY26E EBITDA multiple, steep discount for traditional layers of data center, according to KBW investment bank.
