This is an example of a business AI agent built using Google’s tools and the kinds of functions these systems can facilitate, based on templates and out-of-the-box options.

And now it has retail-aligned robot options.

According to Google:

Retailers can now use AI agents to personalize the customer experience by offering customized product recommendations, answering questions in real-time and guiding customers through the purchase process. AI agents can also streamline operations by automating tasks like inventory management, customer service and even loss prevention, allowing employees to focus on higher-value work.

Google says marketers can now build their own AI agents through Google Agency spacea creation platform that helps companies build custom AI robots.

And with the growing adoption of AI, this may soon become an expectation among customers, to be able to ask questions and receive guidance, almost instantly, through advanced AI tools.

As such, it may be worth considering whether you can create an AI agent that aligns with your branding and sales efforts, and Agentspace could present you with the tools you need to do just that.

Google says it’s also rolling out new improvements to its Vertex AI Search for Commerce module to improve those experiences, while also adding new progress in the creation of images in video and images toolsgiving merchants more opportunities to improve their business.

Finally, Google also announced some new AI development partners to help more companies integrate its new AI tools.

“Shopify, Revionics, LiveRamp, Revieve and Eagle Eye help retailers transform marketing with AI-powered technologies that personalize campaigns, improve customer insights and maximize ad spend. Bloomreach, BigCommerce and Quantum Metric also help retailers create a seamless shopping experience across all channels.
