IN The episode of her conversation Tuah Podcast Published on May 21, Welch said FBI visited his grandmother’s house asking her to talk to her about Hawk Token.
Welch said her grandmother called her in trouble after the agents arrived unannounced. After them, she met and handed over her phone. She explained, “They questioned me, asking me questions and everything else related to cryptocurrencies.”

Eventually Welch said to FBI he cleared up and did not find her guilt.
She also mentioned that The Securities Commission (SEC) asked her phone for a few days. Her lawyer later Confirmed by TMZ that SEC has completed an investigation without accusing injustice or seeking any payments.
Welch admitted that she didn’t know much about the crypt before the Token Hawk launched. She said she believed a group she couldn’t appoint publicly for legal reasons. According to her, this group controlled its X account and posted the promotional videos that was sent to record.
