MoxiWorks Secures Significant Additional Capital to Fund Transformation Centered on Innovation, Appoints New Leadership


Funding from private equity and brokerage partners and a new CFO accelerate the sales and marketing software provider’s rapid innovation

MoxiWorksa leading provider of real estate sales and marketing software, announced that it has secured significant additional capital from its ownership group, including private equity partner Vector Capital, and brokers Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and Windermere Real Estate to fund the company’s focus on innovation on while providing unmatched value to its client base of more than 800 brokerage firms and 400,000 brokers navigating the changing residential real estate market. MoxiWorks also announced Craig Raeburn Jr. was hired as Chief Revenue Officer to lead the company’s evolving sales strategy.

The additional capital will be used to advance an aggressive product strategy to support MoxiWorks’ mission to help brokers and their agents find, win and close more business. These are centered around four cornerstones: AI and automation, agent team capabilities, propensity scoring and mobile. This includes developing enhanced, modern features that align with how agents work today, including an intuitive user interface that relies on AI and automation to streamline workflows and provide valuable insights that enable agents to work faster and smarter, and ultimately get more business.

As CFO, Raeburn will be responsible for sales worldwide. During his 30-year career, he brings a broad background and a unique ability to identify market opportunities, implement effective sales processes in both early-stage growth companies and established market leaders. Raeburn joins MoxiWorks from SimpleLegal, where he most recently led the sales organization for the legal operations platform. During his five-year tenure, he grew SimpleLegal’s business 7x through new customer acquisition and expansion strategies. He previously served as Vice President of Commercial Programs at Provation and Global Vice President of Account Management at TyMetrix, a. Wolters Kluwer business.
