UAE Golden Visa Is ‘Being Developed Independently‘ — TON Foundation

The Open Network Foundation (TON) issued a statement clarifying its role in a program that could lead to legal residence in the United Arab Emirates (SAE) after opposing news at the weekend.

In Monday’s blog post The Ton Foundation said It was in the “early stages of development” with a licensed partner to explore the creation of the gold visa of UAE. The Group added that any body for the program consisted of UAE government entities and was subject to valid laws and regulations.

“To clarify this, no official Golden Visa program in cooperation with the Government of the United Arab Emirates, nor was the government confirmation of TON,” said the Foundation.

The blog post was released less than 48 hours after TON said he would offer it 10 -year -old gold visas for UAE. The announcement caused a rapid response to the Federal SAE office for identity, citizenship, customs and port security, the Securities and Commodity Office, and the Virtual Asset Regulatory Office, which published a common statement that the visa has not been issued to holders of digital assets.
