Mike Jaffe named CEO of Global Operations

Richard Pousti lead Dynaty’s media division for the EMEA region

Mike Jaffe has been named CEO of Dynata’s global operations and Richard Pousti will lead Dynaty’s media division for the EMEA region. These strategic hires will play a key role in driving Dynata’s growth and continued focus on delivering unmatched data quality to customers.

Mike JaffeManaging Director, Global Operations. Jaffe joins Dynata after serving as head of operations for Media Radar. In his role, Jaffe spearheaded the company’s service delivery strategy. Prior to joining Media Radar, Jaffe held a number of operational leadership roles at Kantar Media for over 18 years in North America and globally. He also led operations for Vvix, a leading advertising intelligence company formed in 2023 through the merger of Kantar Media and Numerator’s advertising intelligence. Mike boasts a proven track record of driving operational excellence and building and leading high-performing teams. Jaffe began January 6th and based in the USA.

Richard Poustihead of Dynata’s media division for the EMEA region. A recognized leader in media research and audience measurement, Poustie joins Dynata from Kantar Media, where he held a number of senior roles including UK CEO and Irelandand Global CEO of leading media planning insight tool TGI. Most recently, Poustie was managing director of Barb Service, a currency for measuring TV viewing in the UK. A proven business leader with a strong track record of delivering exceptional growth, Poustie will lead Dynaty’s EMEA media division. He will focus on shaping the division’s sales strategy and go-to-market plans across the region to unlock new opportunities and deliver value to media agencies and organizations leveraging Dynata’s integrated advertising effectiveness and cross media solutions. Poustie started on January 13th and resides in London, Great Britain.
